Refund and revision policy

Cancellation before production

You may request cancellation for a full refund before personalization production begins. Send the request from the adult email address used for the order to support@kidsbookpdf.co.

After personalization begins

Because each storybook is made to the buyer's specifications, a change-of-mind refund is generally unavailable after personalization production begins, except where applicable law gives you a mandatory cancellation or refund right.

Preview and one minor correction

When a watermarked preview is included, one minor correction to spelling, a selected appearance detail, or an obvious visual inconsistency is included. The ordering adult must review the preview carefully.

Changing the theme, plot, main character, number of characters, or illustration direction is not a minor correction and may require a new order.

Incorrect, defective, or missing delivery

Contact us within 14 days after delivery if the PDF is corrupted, belongs to the wrong order, materially omits agreed personalization, or cannot be downloaded through the supplied link. We will first provide a corrected file or replacement link. If we cannot correct a material defect within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected order.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We normally submit an approved refund within five business days, but the payment provider or financial institution may take additional time to display it.

Deletion and mandatory rights

A verified parent or legal guardian may request deletion of personalization information. If deletion makes production impossible, the order will be cancelled; refund eligibility depends on whether production has begun and any mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy that applicable law requires.
