These terms govern adult purchases and use of personalized digital storybooks from KidsBookPDF.co. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. A child must not create an account, place an order, submit personalization details, or contact support independently.
Only a child's parent or legal guardian may provide information about that child and approve the personalized PDF. A gift buyer may provide adult contact and payment details, but the parent or legal guardian must complete any child personalization.
KidsBookPDF.co provides a personalized digital storybook as a downloadable PDF. No physical book, printing service, or shipment is included unless an offer expressly says otherwise.
Product descriptions, page counts, themes, delivery estimates, included revisions, and prices shown at checkout form part of your order. Minor differences in layout, color, and illustration may occur between screens and home printers.
You must provide accurate adult contact, payment, and personalization information. Prices and any applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Payment may be processed by an independent payment provider under its own terms.
Delivery estimates begin after successful payment and receipt of complete personalization details. The PDF or its preview may be delivered through a private link sent to the adult email address supplied with the order.
The parent or guardian is responsible for spelling and for using only the requested fields. Do not submit a child's surname, photo, voice, video, exact birth date, school, address, contact details, health data, precise location, private family history, or other sensitive information.
You must not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsuitable content, or request protected characters and third-party brands you do not have permission to use. We may reject or cancel an order that violates these rules.
When the purchased offer includes a preview, the ordering adult is responsible for checking names and requested details. One minor correction is included when stated on the product page. Replacing a theme, plot, main character, or illustration direction is a new scope rather than a minor correction.
You retain rights in original text that you submit. You grant us a limited permission to process that text only as needed to create, deliver, correct, secure, and support your order.
After full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, save, and print the final PDF for personal family use. Resale, public redistribution, template extraction, automated scraping, and commercial reproduction are prohibited.
Personalized digital products are made to order. Cancellation, correction, and refund eligibility are described in our Refund and Revision Policy at /refund. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or state.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle adult order information and the limited child details supplied by a parent or legal guardian. We do not provide child accounts, public child profiles, comments, or direct messaging with children.
A verified parent or legal guardian may request deletion of personalization data. If deletion makes production impossible, the order may be cancelled and any refund will follow the Refund and Revision Policy and applicable law.
We use reasonable care to provide the service, but temporary interruptions and delivery delays may occur. We do not promise that every device, printer, or third-party PDF application will display colors and fonts identically.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidsBookPDF.co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. We may update these terms for future orders and will post the new effective date on this page.
